From the A30
Take the exit signposted Bodmin/Lostwithiel. Turn left at the T-junction heading for the B3269. Left again at the next roundabout.
At second new roundabout head towards Lanhydrock (this is the third exit). At the next mini roundabout turn left onto the B3269. Follow this road
for approximately 3 miles until you come to the T-junction of the A390. Turn right for approximately half a mile.
After the large house painted pale green, turn left onto the B3269 Fowey road for about 50 yards only. You will see a lane on your left. Take this
lane and follow it down bearing right, down the tree lined lane to the end and you will come to the Roundhouse.

From Lostwithiel A390
After leaving Lostwithiel up the hill carry on for 2 miles, you will see a turning left for Fowey (B3269) just after the large house painted pale
green.
After 50 yards only you will see a lane on your left. Take this lane and follow it down bearing right, down the tree lined lane to the end
and you will come to the Roundhouse.
